Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and shaped around you. I especially welcome neurodivergent, late-diagnosed or late-realized, trauma-affected, and LGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as those who have spent much of their lives feeling misunderstood or trying to fit into expectations that never quite fit them. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences in their full context, explore the patterns that have helped you survive and adapt, and create space for greater self-understanding, connection, and meaningful change—all at a pace that honors who you are.
Free 15-Minute Consultation
Finding the right therapist is an important and personal decision. A free 15-minute consultation gives us a chance to meet, talk about what you're looking for, and get a sense of what it might be like to work together. You’re welcome to share a little about what’s bringing you to counseling, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or concerns you may have.
I’ll also tell you a little about how I approach therapy and answer questions about scheduling, insurance, fees, or what you can expect from our sessions. There’s no pressure to make a decision during the call—the goal is simply to connect and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
Think of it as a conversation, not an interview. You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly what you want to say before we meet.
Intake Evaluation
$175.00
Our first session is a 75-minute intake designed to give us the time and space to fully understand what’s bringing you in. We’ll begin to understand your experiences, identify goals, and create a foundation for our work together. This session helps set the pace for therapy in a way that feels collaborative, supportive, and aligned with your needs.
Ongoing Therapy Session
$150.00
Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes and provide a consistent space to process your experiences, build insight, and support meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll explore patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and help you reconnect with your sense of self in a grounded and sustainable way.
