Meet Jessica (she/her)

You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. I work with people navigating trauma, neurodivergence, identity, and complex life experiences—especially those who have spent years feeling different, misunderstood, or like they’ve had to adapt themselves to fit the world around them.

If you’ve found yourself overthinking everything, masking parts of who you are, or constantly analyzing your relationships just to feel safe or understood, therapy can be a place where you don’t have to do that alone.

Together, we’ll slow down and make room for what’s been hard to hold. Our work is collaborative and attuned, with space to understand your patterns in context, process what you’ve experienced, and discover what feels authentic and sustainable for you.

I’m especially passionate about working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals, including those discovering or understanding their neurodivergence later in life, as well as people healing from complex and relational trauma.

Therapy with me is a space to feel understood—not reduced to a diagnosis, expected to fit a mold, or asked to justify who you are.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step—and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you do.

You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. I’ll respond within 1–2 business days so we can talk about what you’re looking for and see if we’re a good fit.
